Vilnius-based Guideless raises €1 million to transform software workflows into AI-powered narrated training videos
Vilnius-based AI startup Guideless has raised €1 million in a pre-Seed funding round to help companies save time and reduce costs when creating and updating workflow training materials. The company provides an AI-powered platform for software training and operational knowledge.
The round was led by Superhero Capital, with additional support from FIRSTPICK VC and angel investors including Thomas Plantenga, Group CEO of Vinted; Vytautas Atkočaitis, CEO of Vinted Go; and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas.
“Workflow and training automation is going to be a huge market over the next decade, but most of the current tech isn’t forward-thinking enough to get there. We backed Guideless early because they do more than eliminate the grunt work of creating and updating training videos — they’re fixing problems companies don’t yet realise they have. That’s why they’ll lead this new wave of workplace training,” said Audrius Milukas, Partner at Superhero Capital and lead investor in the round.
Founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika, Guideless was soft-launched in late 2025 and officially incorporated in June 2026. The AI-powered software training platform helps companies replace outdated screen recordings with AI-narrated training videos. The company says its technology can make training guides up to 10 times faster and easier to create.
Guideless says businesses spend a lot of time and money creating training materials for different software tools and workplace processes. However, employees often skip these documents and instead ask colleagues for help or submit support requests.
According to a report cited by the company, the market covering training, knowledge management, and AI-powered workflow automation is expected to exceed €18.3 billion ($21.5 billion) by 2031. Guideless believes there is still no simple, centralised solution for companies to record workflows, review them, and identify areas where processes can be improved.
The platform uses AI to document how employees complete tasks across different business software. A team member simply performs a workflow while using Guideless, and the platform automatically captures the steps. It then creates the visual guide, writes and improves the instructions, adds highlights and zoom effects, and generates transcripts and captions for natural-sounding AI narration. Companies can also add their own branding before sharing, embedding, or exporting the finished training content.

Another standard documentation tool wasn’t going to solve this, so we designed Guideless to convert every workflow it captures into structured operational context, eventually forming an evolving memory layer that preserves institutional knowledge as teams, tools, and processes change. AI unlocked Guideless’ potential to become the default workflow intelligence layer for software-driven organisations, and now we provide training to employees, customers, partners, and AI agents based on a single source of truth.”
Guideless says each tutorial is made up of fully editable steps, making it easy for companies to update, duplicate, translate, and customise content for different audiences. The platform combines browser-based screen capture, computer vision, generative AI, and multilingual text-to-speech to automate the entire process. Its AI narration currently supports more than 40 languages, with additional languages planned.
The company also says that guides are captured step by step instead of being stored as fixed recordings. This allows the same workflow information to provide up-to-date context for AI agents, helping them better understand how a company’s processes and operations actually work.

Vinted was an early adopter of the platform, and it’s transformed and maintained our extensive knowledge base ever since. We used to spend weeks manually rebuilding guides after UI updates, and now those same updates happen quickly with minimal manual oversight. I’ve seen the team’s resourcefulness and potential up close, and I believe in where Guideless is headed.”
Guideless plans to use the new funding to improve its product, expand its team, and enter the UK, European, and US markets. The company also aims to grow beyond a simple documentation tool and build a context-aware platform that can manage operational knowledge in different formats.
The startup currently has more than 3,000 users, including paying customers, across 15 markets. Its platform is used by teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings, Nevada Hospital Association, and hundreds of other companies across various industries.
